Best Your Buy (bestyourbuy.com) offers a monthly subscription plan ($4.50/month) that provides access to full listing details and platform features. This policy explains our approach to refunds for subscription payments.

Subscription Refunds

Subscriptions are billed automatically every month. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard to stop future charges.
 
Because subscription access is granted immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds for the current billing period once a payment has been processed. If you believe you were charged in error, or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the service, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
 

 

Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle may have its own additional terms regarding billing disputes and chargebacks.
